Price Changes Effective October 1st for Renewals
October renewal invoices go out in mid-August. Every change below applies to those invoices — here’s what’s moving, and how to lock in current pricing first.
Extend your current subscription by one year at the old price — this applies to every subscriber, not just October renewals.
Prefer a longer lock-in? Multi-year extensions must be arranged and paid by the end of September: 2 yrs (2× annual – 10%), 3 yrs (3× annual – 20%), 4 yrs (4× annual – 25%).
New-subscriber pricing switches to the new rates on August 15th.

Term4Sale Postal Codes
In the U.S., after two years of steady traffic growth, and no price change the last 3 years, we increased U.S. zip code listing prices. Canada’s traffic has been stagnant, and so there is NO CHANGE to postal code listing prices. Postal code listings remain exclusive to PC software subscribers.

License limits
- Individual Agent Version: up to 4 local/bonus postal codes and 75 additional postal codes.
- Agency/BGA Version: up to 8 local/bonus postal codes and 300 additional postal codes — extra sub-licenses raise the local/bonus cap further.
Local/bonus postal codes bill with your subscription and qualify for the multi-year discount above.
Postal code warranty — unchanged
Guaranteed: 1 email contact for every 3 postal codes you hold. Falling short earns a requested credit on your next invoice, sized to match the shortfall; local-only subscribers instead receive free bonus postal codes to close the gap. Either way, your total postal code count carries forward unchanged the following year.
Bump week — November 2–6, 2026
The week following the first Monday of November, use your local/bonus postal codes to claim a listing within 30 kilometers of your location — if that zip is full and at least one current subscriber there is holding it on an additional postal code.
